Who we are looking for…
We are currently looking to add Residential Audio & Video Technicians to our team who have at least 3 years of experience with residential A/V installation utilizing Control4 and Lutron. Performance Audio & Video is an established and growing company that values the input of each team member. We offer a great working environment where everyone on the team is treated with respect and team members are financially rewarded to learn and grow their skills through our unique PAV Skills Pay Program.
PAV – Skills Pay Program:
As a PAV Technician, you have a clear path to Grow YOUR Skills so YOU Make More Money through our Unique PAV – Skills Pay Program. The Program outlines the skills that Technicians need to Master and the increased hourly rate they will receive once they master the skills and prove they have the knowledge.
Example: Control4 PCNA Certification = $1/hr Raise ($2,080.00/annually)
Level 2 Technicians who successfully complete the Control4 PCNA Certification program and are able to successfully install (3) Networks without assistance will receive a $1.00/hr Raise. The program is designed to motivate Technicians to improve their skills on their own time and those who choose to invest the time are rewarded with increased pay. It is that SIMPLE! Grow YOUR Skills and YOU Make More Money!

Quarterly Brunch & Learn Training:
One Friday each quarter to meet and share ideas as a team to talk about new technology and discuss ways for us to improve our internal processes and the flow of information. We also bring in some of our key vendors to receive training on their latest products and information on ways to better support our clients.
Team Building Events:
Our team works very hard, so we like to reward the team with a bit of fun. The PAV Christmas Party in 2023 started with lunch at Marietta Diner followed by an afternoon of racing at AMP – Atlanta Motorsports Park. We understand that family and weekends are the most important things in life so we host our events during the week during normal business hours so everyone can participate and not impact their personal time.
